Toxicity	Thiacloprid has low toxicity to mammals and humans. The acute oral LD50 for male rats is 836mg/kg, and that for female rats is 444mg/kg; the acute inhalation LD50 for male rats is 2535mg/m², and that for female rats is 1223mg/m³; it has no irritation to rabbit eyes and skin, and no sensitization to guinea pig skin. In addition, it has no carcinogenic and mutagenic effects in rat tests.
