Mode of Action
|
Pyraclostrobin is a methoxycarbamate that inhibits mitochondrial respiration by preventing electron transfer between cytochrome b and C1 in bacterial cells, thereby causing serious damage to important cell biochemical processes and causing fungal growth to stop. It has protective, therapeutic and leaf penetration conduction effects.

Broad spectrum sterilization: Pyraclostrobin can be used in various crops such as wheat, peanuts, rice, vegetables, fruit trees, tobacco, tea trees, ornamental plants, lawns, etc. Prevent and control leaf blight, rust, powdery mildew, downy mildew, blight, anthracnose, scab, brown spot, damping off and other diseases caused by Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes, Deuteromycetes and Oomycetes fungi.
Combination of prevention and treatment: It has protective and therapeutic effects, and has good penetration and systemic effects. It can be used by spraying on stems and leaves, applying pesticides on water surfaces, and treating seeds.
Plant health care: In addition to its direct effect on pathogenic bacteria, pyraclostrobin can also induce physiological changes in many crops, especially cereals. For example, it can enhance the activity of nitrate (nitrification) reductase, thereby increasing the nitrogen absorption of crops during the rapid growth stage. At the same time, it can reduce ethylene biosynthesis, thereby delaying crop senescence.
