Mode of Action
|
The bactericidal mechanism of epoxiconazole is to inhibit the synthesis of pathogenic ergosterol, hinder and interfere with the formation of bacterial cell walls, and can inhibit the formation of pathogenic bacteria more effectively than currently known fungicides. This is the common bactericidal property of triazole fungicides. At the same time, epoxiconazole can increase the chitinase activity of crops, causing the contraction of fungal haustoria and inhibiting the invasion of pathogens. |
