Application
Sulfosulfuron has good herbicidal effect, low cost, significant herbicidal effect, significant synergistic effect, and good safety. Sulfosulfuron has high herbicidal activity against weeds in wheat fields.
Sulfosulfuron is mainly used to control annual and perennial grass weeds and some broadleaf weeds in wheat, such as wild oat, bluegrass, polygonum, wind-sheared bentgrass, etc. Works well on the notoriously difficult weed brome.
It is safe for wheat due to its rapid degradation in wheat plants. But it is harmful to barley and oats. However, because Sulfosulfuron is a sulfonyl herbicide, it is a long-residual herbicide.
