Solubility	Solubility in water at 20ºC (pH=7) is 840g/L, chloroform is 700g/L, acetone is 290g/L, and xylene is 4.5g/L.
Stability	It exhibits excellent stability in the solid state and in most solvents and mixtures, but it is easy to decompose under light conditions, so it needs to be stored in a dark, inert gas environment and kept at room temperature.
Toxicity	Acute oral LD50 for rats: male 1680 mg/Kg, female 1575 mg/Kg; acute oral LD50 for mice: male 867 mg/Kg, female 1281 mg/Kg; acute dermal LD50 for rats: male and female>2000 mg/Kg; rat inhalation LC50 (4 hours): 5.8 g/L; this product is slightly irritating to rabbit eyes and non-irritating to rabbit skin. Application:
1. Mechanism of action
Nitenpyram mainly acts on the insect nervous system. It has a nerve blocking effect on the synaptic receptors of pests, expands the diaphragm potential difference after spontaneous discharge, and finally reduces the synaptic diaphragm stimulation, resulting in the disappearance of the stimulation of the diaphragm potential channel of the nerve axon synapse, causing the pest to paralyze and die.
2. Main characteristics
It has excellent systemicity, permeability, broad insecticide spectrum, safety and no drug harm. It is a replacement product for preventing and controlling piercing-sucking mouthparts pests such as whiteflies, aphids, pear psyllids, leafhoppers, and thrips.
