Mode of Action
|
Boscalid's mode of action is transfer through the plant through foliar penetration. Inhibits mitochondrial succinate dehydrogenase, hinders the tricarboxylic acid cycle, causes amino acid and sugar deficiency, reduces energy, interferes with cell division and growth, has neuroactive effects on diseases, and has protective and therapeutic effects. Inhibits spore germination, bacterial tube extension, hyphae growth and spore mother cells forming the main stages of fungal growth and reproduction. The bactericidal effect is directly caused by the parent active substance and has no corresponding metabolic activity. There is no cross-resistance with carbendazim, succinyl, etc. |
